As a leader in space exploration and human space flight, Johnson Space Center will play a heightened role in WSC•2002 with numerous presentations, expert speakers, and educational outreach and distance learning activities.
Once in a Decade Event
Held for the second time in ten years, the Congress is set for October 10-19, 2002 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas, as the international space community comes together to examine and explore the present and future of space. WSC•2002 Related Events
In tandem with WSC•2002, is SpaceOps2002, Space Policy Summit (sponsored by Lockheed Martin Corp. and held in cooperation with the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy and the Space Institute, Rice University from Oct. 12-13, 2002) and The International Trade Exhibition, of which, JSC and NASA will have a presence.
